What it is
Your metrics are kept for the full life of your account, so trends can reach back as far as you have been tracking. The detailed evidence behind each number, the exact AI answers and the sources they returned, is kept for the most recent 14 months.
Why it works this way
Two different questions get two different reaches: “how has my Visibility trended?” is answerable across your whole history, while “what exactly did an engine say about us that day?” is answerable for anything in the last 14 months.
Cancelling never deletes anything: your setup, competitors, questions, and full metric history are retained, and tracking simply pauses until you return; we do not backfill the gap while you were away. Permanently deleting your data is a separate, explicit action that you control.
